Located in the barangay’s mountainous areas, this is among the lesser-known budget hotels in Cebu City with a swimming pool. It has a view and there’s more than one pool to choose from.

A tricycle will cost you less than ₱50 to and from, but you will have to take a short walk to the resort’s entrance.

So what makes Ring Resthouse a great find?

For one thing, it gives you a sense of privacy and a great view of the city that you won’t otherwise find in other mountain resorts or establishments.

The relaxing ambiance makes it an ideal venue for summer weekend getaways.

There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. They are 4 to 6 feet deep, with platforms on the side for you to jump from.

If you’re looking for a water park in Cebu, Ring Resthouse would be a great and affordable option for you and your family.

The location, which is pretty close to the city, makes it ideal for summer weekend getaways.

Several cottages and tables right next to the pool can accommodate a variety of groups. If you and your friends are looking for an affordable day use pool in Cebu City, this place will definitely fit your budget.

There’s a minibar and a grilling station if you want to cook. Take note that there is a ₱100 corkage fee for soft drinks. They also have a live band performing every night to make evenings a little more exciting. They also plan to open a soundproof karaoke room in the future.

You can book a room that’s good for three people for ₱2,000, and that already includes breakfast.

From the resthouse, you get a view of the city, specifically of South Road Properties, where you can see the SM Seaside Tower and the new Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX).

Ring Resthouse is located in Sitio Chikosan, Lower South Hills, Tisa. It is accessible from the road going to the Tisa Public Market near the highway in Katipunan Street, Barangay Tisa.

JEEPNEYS

Ride a jeepney that goes to Tisa. Most jeepneys with the number 12 will pass by the area. Get off at Palawan Express across from 7-Eleven and walk towards the street going to South Hills. Your landmark should be Lolli Milk Tea and Candy.

TRICYCLE / MOTORCYCLE

When you get there, you can ride a motorcycle or tricycle. Inform the driver that you will go to Chikosan, and look for a yellow lottery stall.

From there, walk down the road to get to Ring Resthouse. The entrance is located right next to a blue house with a blue gate. Here is a visual guide:
