They usually open from 10 AM to 9 PM, the same time the malls are open. You can find Cabalen on the ground floor of the North Wing of SM City Cebu, and the Mountain View in SM Seaside.

Ding Qua Qua

Feria

One of the best-reviewed buffet restaurants also boasts one of the most beautiful interior designs. Feria, which is located in Radisson Blu, has an ambiance that will make you feel like you came straight out of a Hollywood movie, putting itself in the running for the best restaurant in Cebu for dating Filipino women.

If you are staying at the hotel itself, you will be given a great restaurant to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have many options for appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and they even have a salad bar for those conscious about their health.

Found on the ground floor of the Radisson Blu, a meal here will cost you 880 on Mondays to Saturdays, and 1,450 on Sundays.
