HOW IT STARTED

Streetscape was conceptualized by Jessica and Carla Go, two businesswomen from Cebu City. Before opening the strip mall in 2015, Jessica previously worked in the real estate industry.
Carla, the mall’s director of operations, mentioned in an interview with Sunstar Cebu (2015) that they aimed to create a new hangout spot in the city that is highly accessible, but away from the bustling traffic.
They soon found a 4,000 square-meter lot in Paseo Saturnino, a few minutes away from the Maria Luisa Subdivision. This is where they decided to construct the outdoor shopping center.
At Streetscape, you will notice that its location gives you a sense of privacy, since it’s tucked away from the main highway.
You can ride a jeepney to Talamban or Banilad and get off by the flyover near A.S. Fortuna. From there, the walk to Streetscape will take less than five minutes.
WHAT TO DO AT STREETSCAPE
There are over 30 dining spots and retail establishments at Streetscape.
There are a total of three levels at Streetscape. Most retail stores are located on the ground floor, while some restaurants are located on the second and third floor.
The strip mall has 35 units, consisting of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a fitness gym and grocery store.
The outdoor parking space is located in the middle, and there is another one in the basement.
Aside from the retail establishments, there are outdoor kiosks from popular food chains like Banh Mi Kitchen, JI’PAI, Pickup Coffee, Taco Don, and more.
Among the popular establishments at Streetscape are Gelatissimo Cafe and Bakery Soesterberg.
These cafes make for a great afternoon hangout with loved ones. A variety of gelato and artisan pastries go perfectly with their coffee servings.
Another popular cafe offering tasty desserts is Merci. For your samgyupsal cravings, Seoul Black will not disappoint.
You also have access to essentials through Gaisano Market Square and Rose Pharmacy.
For recreational facilities, you have Friends Screen Golf, where you can experience virtual golfing, and Hey Bud Photobooth, where you can take fun snapshots of yourself or with friends.
Other than that, we highly recommend checking out Nuevo Cafe, the newest hip internet cafe in Cebu City. You can play video games, have a study group, meet with colleagues, or indulge in delicious comfort food while staying productive.
Lastly, the bars at Streetscape offer a fantastic ambiance for a night out with your date or with friends. We recommend checking out DINE Brunch + Bar, which is basically what the name entails.
