  • White Chocolate Champorado with Danggit Using rich white chocolate, this champorado is a delicious, creamy take on the traditional Filipino breakfast. Dried danggit has crispy, salty overtones that contrast nicely with the rich sweetness, creating a surprisingly balanced and delectable experience.

  • Ube Champorado with Danggit – A new menu option at Pamahaw Cafe! This creative twist on the traditional champorado incorporates the well-liked earthy and sweet flavor of ube (purple yam), resulting in a delicately sweet and aesthetically pleasing rice porridge.

  • Unlimited Brewed Coffee – The cherished Unlimited Brewed Coffee offer from last year has been extended by Pamahaw Cafe for the entire year of 2025 due to its popularity. The warm, aromatic brew is offered Mondays through Fridays from 6 AM to 11 AM.

  • Puto Sikwate with Mangga – This wonderful trio, which is a traditional Cebuano merienda, consists of rich, authentic sikwate (thick hot chocolate made from local tablea) and properly steamed puto maya (sticky glutinous rice laced with coconut milk and ginger). Slices of juicy, sweet mango complete the experience, providing an impressive combination of flavors and textures.

With all of Pamahaw’s classics—savory corned beef, delicious Sugbo chorizo, sweet pork tocino, crunchy honey bacon, soft luncheon meat, and the local favorite, danggit de Cebu—this substantial plate is Pamahaw Cafe’s ultimate big breakfast serving.
