Explore Mountain View Nature’s Park at High Altitude

Reconnect with the great outdoors at Mountain View Nature’s Park!

There are a dozen tourist spots in Busay that highlight the exquisite mountain ranges of Cebu City. This neighborhood is an amazing venue for a staycation, as the calm countryside creates a relaxing ambiance for you to unwind.

Mountain View Nature’s Park is one of the best places to do just that. Aside from its hotel-like amenities, this 7-hectare resort at Cebu Transcentral Highway houses multiple recreational areas and spaces for social gatherings.

This resort in Busay has several pools, rooms, and event spaces.

Mountain View has been around for 20 years, starting as a resthouse that eventually developed into a full-blown tourist spot.

The atmosphere is undeniable, and the city skyline of Cebu will take your breath away. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax, with occasional recreational activities to get your adrenaline pumping.

A DAY OFF AT MOUNTAIN VIEW

In Mountain View, the great outdoors is your best friend. The countryside breeze brings a soothing atmosphere, while gardens and makeshift statues give it some personality and art.

The nature park’s swimming pools are favored among overnight guests and day-use visitors. Perched at the side of the mountain, it offers a relaxing ambiance with the countryside air, perfect for an afternoon swim.

It’s spacious enough for a ton of fun under the sun. You can stand by the fountains or enjoy a nice swim in the pool. If you’re bringing kids along with you, they can have fun at the Playground area, which is at the center of the pool. There are lifeguards stationed nearby to ensure everyone’s safety.

These are the lifeguards at Mountain View Nature’s Park.

INFINITY POOL

Sit back and relax at the resort’s infinity pool!

Infinity pools are all the rage these days. Many hotels and resorts use these to create a great backdrop for photos and for people who simply want to enjoy the “infinite” view beyond the pool. Mountain View also has its very own infinity pool, and it instantly became a crowd favorite.

At the edge of the pool you have a clear view of the Cebu skyline, giving you that fun high altitude experience like no other.

OTHER AMENITIES

You can also book Mountain View for special events, as they have several exclusive areas for daily use. The daily rate pays for eight hours of usage, with additional fees for electricity and their karaoke system.

The largest area is the Chico Building, which has three floors to accommodate 100 people per floor. Their other event space, the Mahogany Deck, can accommodate 50.

The resort’s restaurant offers a bunch of Filipino cuisine favorites like Sisig, Tinola, and Chopseuy. They have an al fresco dining setup, allowing for a soothing dining experience.

If you want to take part in an adrenaline-pumping activity, head to the Rope Course. This long race track stands above ground where contestants climb, jump, and run to the finish line. For safety purposes, contestants must wear a harness before going over the course.

If you’re looking for a more chill place to hang out at the resort, you can head to the overlooking view decks and enjoy the picturesque horizon.

The Millennium Cross area is made for hanging out or casual drinking sessions, located at the park’s tallest peak. It has a couple of tables with an overlooking view, a small convenience store selling food and drinks, and a karaoke machine

A BUDGET-FRIENDLY STAYCATION

The rooms make the resort a budget-friendly alternative to a Cebu hotel.

Mountain View offers reasonably priced rooms, ranging from 1,500 to 3,200 per night, depending on the room’s amenities.

This accommodation in Cebu has 46 rooms. There are 10 rooms with bunk beds, 8 with only a fan, and 2 with air-conditioning.

Book a stay or spend a day off at this relaxing resort in Busay.

Busay offers a ton of places to go on a staycation, but none are as popular as Mountain View Nature’s Park. Competitive prices, quality amenities, and a ton of fun activities are all in store for an overnight stay at this mountain resort.

It’s 20 minutes away from Cebu City and has several tourist spots up ahead to look forward to. You should definitely consider checking out Mountain View if you’re looking for Cebu accommodation with tons of fun activities.
