This coffee shop in Cebu has an impressive outdoor setup.

Welcome to Nimo Brew, a coffee shop that entices customers with its relaxing outdoor atmosphere. This cabin-style cafe radiates a peaceful aura through its cleverly hidden location and spacious outdoor garden.

Nimo Brew is more than just a place for coffee drinks.

Customers can enjoy a soothing ambiance whether they’re there for a cup of coffee, some snacks, or a casual afternoon excursion. This setup was made possible because of the hundreds of fresh house plants scattered around the garden that is known as the Avenue of Joy.

CEBU PLANT COMPANY

The cafe is located inside the Cebu Plant Company compound, where potted plants like flowers, ferns, bushes, and cacti are placed all around the site. Not only are the plants for show, but customers can also purchase them and bring them home.

Plantitos and titas will definitely fall in love with the place, as the establishment also sells gardening materials like soil, fertilizer, and pots. They even have some fascinating animals on display, like the bearded dragon and snake.

Caretakers at the garden claim that these reptiles are harmless, and that they will be around to guide you in case you get frightened.

Along the garden is a specific area showcasing different potted cacti under a tent. These make great plants at home since they can withstand long periods without being watered.

For those who plan on purchasing these plants, note that they need a proper amount of water, not too much or too little, or else they will wither or rot. Most succulents get water every one or two weeks, up until the soil becomes crumbly and dry.

There are also a couple of small tables within the garden to elevate the already cozy al fresco dining setup at the cafe.

A COZY AMBIANCE AT NIMO BREW

The cabin-style setup at Nimo Brew is perfect for al fresco dining.

Nimo Brew has a rustic cabin-style aesthetic that looks modern because of the glass doors and contemporary furniture. It’s the kind of vibe that goes well with your afternoon coffee or if you’re hanging out with friends and loved ones.

The cafe has two floors with several chairs and tables set up to accommodate small or large groups. It is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy their stay.

Because the place is a little far off from the main highway, customers and guests can enjoy the solemnity. Even some students hang out and study, while others bring their laptops so they can work in peace.

CAFFEINE AND CRUST

The pizza at Nimo Brew is made in a traditional masonry pizza oven.

Nimo Brew has many food items available, but what makes them stand out is their delicious pizza, which they cook in a traditional masonry oven

The chef will place the dough inside the stone oven where there is burning wood to cook the pizza in a short amount of time, usually around 15 to 20 minutes.

The pizza served at Nimo Brew includes the traditional Margherita, Hawaiian, Pepperoni, Vegetarian, and more. They also serve all day brunch meals and pasta.

There are snacks available as well, like some bread and pastries that you can pair with any of their tasty beverages.

Their bestseller is the original Nimo Latte served in a cute little cup, which comes in hot or cold. Other coffee drinks include Espresso, Cold Brew, and Americano.

You can also try out their selection of Italian sodas, with the colorful and vibrant Green Apple Peach Lychee as their most popular. This drink is sweet, and the combination of the fruits gives it a distinct flavor.

The outdoor setup at Nimo Brew creates a relaxing and peaceful environment where you can hang out or be productive. The garden is also an ideal place to take a quiet afternoon walk as you enjoy the lush greenery around you.
