Anjo World is a popular hangout spot in the south, thanks to the many rides and attractions inside.

Welcome to everyone’s favorite amusement park in Cebu!

Anjo World has 12 adrenaline pumping rides, large-scale attractions, and memorable concessionaire stands that you can enjoy with loved ones.

It is located in Minglanilla inside Belmont One, a business center with a food park, supermarket, and MyBus terminal (a convenient transportation option for those going to SM Seaside).

The amusement park is open from Wednesday to Sunday, and their busiest schedule is on the weekends.

They’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for weekly maintenance.

WHAT TO SEE AT ANJO WORLD

The 12 theme park rides are enjoyable for a lot of people.

Anjo World’s 12 theme park rides range from calm and relaxing to heart-pounding and terrifying. There’s something for everyone, especially for the faint of heart.

All rides last for three minutes, with height restrictions for safety and to ensure that everyone has a worthwhile experience.

Some rides are only open at intervals for operators to rest and check for any technical issues.

  • THE GOLDEN CAROUSEL

The Golden Carousel is Anjo World’s very own merry-go-round.

It’s a great start to your visit because of how easy it is to get on, not to mention its reasonable intensity.

It’s perfect for a more casual time at the park.

Each life-size cup can carry four people, and it rotates in place through the central wheel. You should definitely try this with friends and laugh out loud as you spin in circles.

The London Taxi is their bumper car attraction inspired by UK taxi cabs. They even have a statue of a Royal Guard and a phone booth in front.

Its main highlight, however, are the cars painted like yellow taxi cabs.

This is recommended for competitive friend groups. Some may get used to it right away, while others may struggle to maneuver the cars.

When you get the hang of it, driving around and crashing into your friends can be a fun way for you to unwind.

Viking is one of the more popular rides at Anjo World. The design is inspired by Norse mythology, wherein they use a Nordic-style ship as a vessel to carry the passengers.

It’s also one of the less extreme rides as it doesn’t strain your body too much.

Customers hop inside the large Nordic ship, which is swung forcefully from side to side. They can easily lose their balance if they don’t hang on to the rails during the ride.

The Tower Drop is another extreme ride many look forward to.

It’s a bigger version of Mr. Toad, with the disc going 25 meters above ground, turning on an axis, and then dropping instantaneously.

It’s simple, but it’s an adrenaline-pumping theme park ride.

The instant drop will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat.

A roller coaster will always be a staple at amusement parks. Anjo World has this in the form of a Pharaoh.

Customers turn, spin, and move around at different angles on this exhilarating ride.
